Congratulations to our winner - TheFinite! Ironically enough, this signals the finite end to our St. Patrick’s Day Contest. We must thank every single person who entered - even those who sort of forgot to mention us in their haiku? ; ) This has been a very fun contest and exciting for us to judge. Our favorite entries were somehow broken down to:

Many years have passed

Humm... congratulations to TheFinite. I am surprised and wonder if the judges realize that the most utilized Web2.0 foundation in the world is Scrip.aculo.us and to play this into the Surpass.taculou.us haiku is the talent and the art that I didn't see in any other poem. I thought would be a slam dunk since no one else played anything creative like this into their poem. But you are the judge... feel free to flip this up to your marketing dept... they can use my creative haiku in their ads smile Surpass.taculo.us mira.culo.us you have been You Make My Day!!

Congrats. but I thought I would win. I wanted to so i could brag to my sister in law who is a published poet. Well done!

Thanks for the congratulations, and no doubt about it, there were a lot of great haikus. I feel very lucky to have won.
