Sneak Peek: New Support and Billing System

These are shots of our new, in-house developed client system which will seamlessly handle account sign ups, billing and our help desk. The time of completion is within the next few months. That period also includes gradual migration of client groups from the old system. One group will be a selected test team to work out any bugs. After changes are made, we’ll add forum support and newsletter subscription plus any feature requests that you have for us. Since this is our own system, we can now move forward with many unique requests. The most popular request at our UserVoice feedback page is white label reselling for shared, VPS and dedicated. 2010 is going to be a great year for Surpass and we are so happy you are here for these changes!
