WordPress Wednesday: Instant Upgrade!

Has upgrading your current WordPress version to a newer one always been a hassle to you? Well worry no more, with the InstantUpgrade plugin, you’ll have your WP upgraded in no time! All it takes is a few clicks of your mouse and that’s all! Of course, always be sure to have back ups of your files, just-in-case!

PS: If your WordPress was installed through Fantastico, it is highly recommended to use the upgrade feature available through Fantastico, rather then manually.

I've been using http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-automatic-upgrade/ automatic upgrade and it's been OK. I would always back up first and write down which plug ins you have activated before you let rip. The last couple of times it hasn't re-activated them after upgrading. But, all in all, with backing up, the process can only take 5 minutes, which is better than a manual upgrade (30 mins and lots of stress!)

When I was using Wordpress I used to use (3 times use in one sentence, doesn't sound right) a similair script. It worked flawlessly all the time.
